Sydney, Australia 12 August 2014 – DDLS, Australia’s leading IT Training Provider, has acquired ITIL® courseware and other Intellectual Property from ProActive Services. ProActive Services entered voluntary liquidation on May 6, 2014 and a sale process of IP was conducted. ProActive had operated in Australia for 25 years delivering ITIL training and consulting.

Mal Shaw, CEO of DDLS, said “DDLS has delivered ITIL, PRINCE2® and Business Analysis training at our six facilities in Australia for many years. We have expanded these offerings to include training in Project, Program & Portfolio Management, AgilePM, COBIT®, Facilitation and other related courses. In ITIL we are seeing increased demand which we believe reflects our clients’ move to Cloud Computing and their need for Best Practice frameworks to manage this transition. This acquisition expands the ITIL training services that we offer”.

DDLS will incorporate the courseware, simulations, assessment tools, consulting IP and other materials, that it has acquired from ProActive, into its offerings over the coming months.

Mal continued “DDLS strives to deliver high-quality training to our corporate and government clients and this shows in our high pass rates for student certification. We invite former clients of ProActive Services to continue their ITIL learning journey with DDLS.”
