Meet Sue Webb – Process Portfolio Manager at Lumify Work

Sue is responsible for the onboarding and ongoing management of the full catalogue of Process Products including ITIL, Project Management, and Business Analysis. Sue believes that enterprises thrive when they have passionate staff that have the skills and drive to help move a business towards its vision. Having extensive experience and many years of educating others on these subjects, as well as SQL Server, SharePoint and other technical subjects, gives Sue a unique perspective on IT. It allows her to see IT for the business benefits it delivers, and the business problems that it solves.

Sue has been a professional educator for nearly twenty five years, starting as an applications trainer at an adult education College, progressing from there to tutoring at a tertiary level, then lecturing at University. Sue left academia to become a Technical Trainer in the private sector, which happened nearly twelve years ago. Sue is passionate and enthusiastic about education and training, and still loves being a trainer, which she still gets to do occasionally.

Sue is a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) in SQL Server Data Management and Analytics, and a long term volunteer of the IIBA Australian Chapter. Sue graduated from Edith Cowan University with a first-class honours degree (BSc) in Computer Science. During her time at ECU, Sue was awarded the Faculty Medal for academic excellence and was recognised on the Dean’s list twice. Sue was recently shortlisted for two Women in Technology awards, one as an Inspiring Role Model from WITWA and one as a Shining Star from the ARN Women in ICT Awards.
