Included in this course is the Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2® 6th Edition official publication and the PRINCE2 6th Edition Foundation Exam. On completion of the Foundation course, students will be provided supporting Axelos membership services online. Also included in this course is the PRINCE2 6th Edition Practitioner Exam. To assist in passing the exam you are permitted to use only the PRINCE2 6th Edition official publication provided.

By attending our 3-day PRINCE2 Foundation Course, participants will understand:

The purpose and content of the PRINCE2 Process Map
Key roles and responsibilities in a PRINCE2 project
How to apply project management processes to effectively control the preparation, execution and closure phases of a project
By completing the Foundation course, participants will have sufficient knowledge to sit the PRINCE2 6th Edition Foundation Examination.
Following on from Foundation, our PRINCE2 Practitioner course is uniquely designed to provide the in-depth knowledge and understanding necessary to practice and apply the PRINCE2 6th Edition methodology.
Participants are required to exhibit the competence required from the PRINCE2 Foundation qualification and show how they can apply PRINCE2 to address the needs of a project, the sponsoring organisation and the needs of various stakeholders, to a set of specific project scenarios.
Examination
This course pricing includes vouchers for the PRINCE2 6th Edition Foundation Exam and Practitioner Exam, which are online proctored exams through PeopleCert. Practice exam papers are provided in the course, and reviewed to assist in preparation.
The Foundation exam is:
One hour (60 minutes) duration
60 multiple choice questions
Pass mark is 33 out of 60 (i.e. 55%)
Closed book
The Practitioner exam is:
2.5 hours (150 minutes) duration, no additional reading time
Objective testing
68 questions
Pass mark is 38 out of 68 (i.e. approximately 55%)
Open book (PRINCE2 6th Edition official publication only)
After passing the exams, each student’s certificates will be made available to them via PeopleCert.
It is highly recommended that you spend some time each evening of this course reviewing and consolidating what you’ve learned, to be well prepared for the exams.
