DDLS topped the honours list for Asia Pacific and Japan at the recent Cisco Instructor Excellence Awards 2015. DDLS instructors, all Australian, took home eight awards across four categories, more than any other training partner for the region.

DDLS instructors have proven to excel in the areas of Cisco Routing & Switching, Security, Collaboration and Wireless technologies.

Cisco’s Instructor Excellence Award recognises outstanding Certified Cisco Systems Instructors (CCSIs) from around the world who aspire to be the best in their field of technical expertise.

The 2015 awards were measured by the student satisfaction surveys for FY2014, with the winners demonstrating best overall performance and exemplifying the highest quality training experience.

Mal Shaw, DDLS CEO said, “Our instructors are at the heart of what DDLS offers. They are the foundation on what we build; they’re expertise, passion and dedication is a major part of what differentiate us. Cisco’s Instructor Excellence Awards are only granted to the elite instructors, those within the top 25% of CCSIs globally, and this recognition is a strong proof point for the quality of learning and development DDLS offers. I warmly congratulate all six of our award winners for their efforts in delivering remarkable customer experiences, and for so powerfully demonstrating the key strength of DDLS.”
