Meet Andrew Smith - General Manager, NZ

Andrew is responsible for the New Zealand operations of Lumify. This is primarily the former Auldhouse training brand that has operated for three decades with campuses in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

Andrew is an experienced executive who has worked in the consulting and education sector for the last 20 years. Prior to joining Lumify, Andrew worked for Skills Consulting Group running acquired training businesses within the group, these included SoftEd, IMNZ and e-tec as well as managing a consulting team specialising in digital learning. Prior to Skills, Andrew lead project consulting teams into many leading NZ organisations.

With a career that started as a trainer, Andrew is passionate about learning and helping people develop new skills. For organisations, it is a focus on lifting capability with training and other services to create a future ready workforce.

 Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts (Education) from the University of Auckland.
