Overview
The VMCA certification is the highest level of Veeam certification and demonstrates that an individual possesses a high level of both technical and business skill to design complex, enterprise level Veeam deployments. Follow the steps below and be on your way to become a Veeam Certified Architect today!
All VMCA candidates should possess the VMCE certification prior to starting the VMCA track.
VMCA certification is achieved by:
attending the Veeam Backup and Replication v12.1: Configure, Manage and Recover training course
passing the VMCE exam*
attending the Veeam Backup and Replication v11: Architecture and Design training course
passing the VMCA exam*
The VMCE v12 exam* tests knowledge provided in the training course, product release notes and user guides. Attending the Veeam® Backup & Replication™ v12: Configure, Manage and Recover training course is required prior to sitting the VMCE v12 exam. It is recommended that exam takers have a minimum of six months professional experience prior to sitting the exam.
The VMCA exam* tests knowledge provided in the training course, product release notes and user guides. Attending the Veeam Backup and Replication v11: Architecture and Design training course is required prior to sitting the exam and you should possess the VMCE certification as well. It is recommended that exam takers have extensive experience designing complex, enterprise level Veeam deployments.
