Which subscription is right for me?
Cisco U. Essentials includes fundamentals training and associate level cert prep suitable for career changers or someone early-in-career.
Cisco U. All Access includes all training and all cert prep suitable for mid-to-expert level learners.

What is a Learning Path?
A Learning Path is a curated set of material that allows you to move through a topic at your own pace. Assessments are sprinkled throughout so that you can test your knowledge as you go.

How long does it take to complete training on Cisco U.?
Cisco U. Learning Paths display the estimated amount of time per learning track to help the learner determine the time it will take to complete their learning goals. Pre-assessments help the learner evaluate their level of knowledge and skip a section to expedite their learning. Post-assessments help the learner determine their proficiency in a subject and whether they need to retake a section. Total completion time depends on many factors, such as the individual learner, assessment results, and the type of content.

Will adjacent technology training, such as Ansible, other programming languages, and Visual Studio, be offered on Cisco U.?
Cisco U. will include adjacent technology training across free and paid subscriptions. Adjacent technology will vary per subscription.

What is the difference between Cisco U. and Cisco Digital Learning (CDL)?
Cisco U. is an all-inclusive online learning experience, and CDL is a subscription of digital learning courses.

If I have an existing Cisco Digital Learning (CDL) subscription, will I be able to access Cisco U.?
Yes, current CDL subscribers will have access to Cisco U.

Can I earn Continuing Education (CE) credits on Cisco U.?
Yes, you can earn Continuing Education credits after general availability.

Where can I find which Cisco U. Learning Paths are CE-eligible and how many credits I can earn?
Any Learning Path that offers CE credits includes the number of credits that you can earn on the Learning Path card.

Why is Cisco shutting down the Cisco Learning Network Store?
Cisco are consolidating training platforms to make your digital training purchases and learning journey more streamlined and efficient. Starting on January 8, 2026, you will be able to buy all digital training and access your learning in Cisco U. Cisco's flagship learning experience.

How can I print a certificate of completion for this e-learning product?
Once you complete the course, you will have access to a page that allows you to print a certificate of completion.
