Why study this course

This half-day workshop focuses on developing your own negotiation style to effectively manage difficult people. You'll learn to recognise and respond to competitive versus cooperative behaviour, tailoring your approach to each. The session will also help you identify your own reflex style and how it affects interactions with challenging individuals. By understanding these dynamics, you can better control the negotiation climate and navigate difficult personalities with confidence.
