Lean Six Sigma Certification Scheme

LSS consists of three levels, or ‘belts’, that provide a complete array of techniques for optimising production processes, cost efficiency, and product quality.

IASSC Certified Yellow Belt™ ICYB™

Gain a thorough understanding of the elementary aspects of the Lean Six Sigma Method.
This level offers professionals with elementary knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma method and some experience working in simple projects a way to support improvement projects as part of a team.

IASSC Certified Green Belt™ ICGB™

Gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of the Lean Six Sigma Method.
This level offers professionals with a high-level understanding of the Lean Six Sigma method and some experience working in more complex projects a way to lead improvements projects.

IASSC Certified Black Belt™ ICBB™

Gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of the Lean Six Sigma Method at an advanced level of proficiency.
This level offers professionals with a thorough understanding of the Lean Six Sigma method and the ability to successfully lead complex improvement projects a way to verify their abilities.

Holders of all IASSC® Certified Belts are require to be re-certified within 3 years from their original certification.

PeopleCert Exams

All PeopleCert exams are now conducted via online proctoring, with an improved web-based platform released in February 2024. Candidates can schedule their exam for any time within the voucher validity period of 12 months, to be taken anywhere, on any Windows or Mac computer. To comply with PeopleCert requirements, Lumify Work cannot provide PeopleCert training courses (ITIL®, Lean Six Sigma, DevOps Institute, MoP®, M_o_R®, MSP®, P3O®, PRINCE2®, and PRINCE2 Agile®) without the corresponding official exam.
