This course covers the key fundamentals of project management with widely used methodologies such as PRINCE2®, AgilePM®, and Scrum. Students will learn about project initiation, process management, documentation development, task management, and risk management, as well as managing stakeholders and vendors.

This course will cover the philosophy and principles of Agile Project Management, the life-cycle of an Agile project, including alternative configurations, the products produced during an Agile project and their purpose and the roles and responsibilities within an Agile project.

SCRUM Fundamental Certified

With this online course, you will learn about key concepts in Scrum as defined in the SBOK® Guide and to get a basic understanding of how the Scrum framework works in delivering successful projects.
