The IT Service Management Professional course is made up of the ITIL 4 Foundation certification, provided through PeopleCert. The course is comprised of the topics outlined below:

ServiceNow is used by a wide range of organisations, including Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and small businesses.

ServiceNow skills go hand in hand with ITIL knowledge and it’s an excellent addition for the ITIL 4 certification.

Prerequisites

The course requires no prerequisites; even if you are brand new to the industry, with the right attitude and appetite to learn, you will be able to join the course.
While there are no prerequisites for the course, you will need to have access to a laptop or desktop computer with a reliable internet connection.
