ITIL Managing Professional (MP) Transition (Version 5) is a pathway course for those already holding the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional or ITIL® v3 Expert designations and would like to fast-track to the latest evolution of the world's most leading “Best Practice” and trusted service management framework.

This 5-day course will cover the key changes and enhancements introduced across ITIL® Product, Service, and Experience in a combined format as well as ITIL Transformation (Version 5) providing guidance to transform the way you work, balancing governance, execution, and continual improvement to navigate uncertainty and complexity effectively.

This is the most effective way to bring your credentials and knowledge and skills up to date with the latest version of ITIL.

Examination

To be awarded the ITIL Managing Professional or ITIL Master qualification, you must complete the two examinations which are online proctored exams through PeopleCert.

Exam 1: ITIL Transformation (Version 5)

  • A 90-minute, 40 questions, multiple-choice, Open Book exam.

  • A passing mark of 70% is required to receive your certificate.

Exam 2: ITIL Managing Professional Transition – Product, Service, Experience (Version 5)

  • A 120-minute, 60 question, multiple-choice, Open Book exam.

  • A passing mark of 70% is required to receive your certificate.

After passing the exam, each student’s certificate will be made available to them via PeopleCert.

It is highly recommended that you spend some time each evening of this course reviewing and consolidating what you’ve learned.

PeopleCert Exams

All PeopleCert exams are now conducted via online proctoring, with an improved web-based platform released in February 2024. Candidates can schedule their exam for any time within the voucher validity period of 12 months, to be taken anywhere, on any Windows or Mac computer. To comply with PeopleCert requirements, Lumify Work cannot provide PeopleCert training courses (ITIL®, Lean Six Sigma, DevOps Institute, MoP®, M_o_R®, MSP®, P3O®, PRINCE2®, and PRINCE2 Agile®) without the corresponding official exam.
