By attending this course, it will prepare you for the examination leading to the ITIL® AI Governance (Version 5) Certificate from PeopleCert.

At the end of your course, you will be able to:

• Explore how AI creates value through improved business outcomes, digital transformation, service management, automation, and strategy execution, while recognising associated opportunities and risks.

• Examine the ITIL AI Capability Model and how different AI capabilities influence behavior, risk exposure, governance requirements, decision-making, and human oversight.

• Learn the principles and practices of AI governance, including ethics, risk management, compliance, accountability, and oversight, and how organisations can assess readiness, implement controls, manage Shadow AI, monitor performance, and continually improve governance.

• Apply AI governance concepts to real-world scenarios by assessing AI use cases, evaluating governance maturity and risks, defining and implementing governance controls, and maintaining governance frameworks that balance business objectives, ethics, compliance, sustainability, and stakeholder trust throughout the AI lifecycle
