ServiceNow Jumpstart Program is a flexible, cohort-based learning pathway designed by Lumify Work in partnership with ServiceNow to helps you develop practical, job-ready skills to support and administer the ServiceNow platform.

Delivered in partnership with ServiceNow, this five-week blended learning program combines self-paced modules, live expert sessions, and hands-on activities. You’ll learn how to configure the platform, manage users and data, automate workflows, and support key ITSM processes — all while connecting with a supportive learning community.

An optional discounted exam voucher is also available if you decide to take the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam after the program.

• Dates: 10 November – 12 December 2025

• Format: Online blended (self-paced modules + weekly live sessions)

• Duration: 5 weeks (4 weeks learning + 1 exam week)

• Time commitment: ~2–3 hours per week

• Course Price: NZD 255 ex GST

• Optional exam Voucher: Official Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam voucher for NZD 283 ex GST (50% off valued at USD 300)
