Why study this course

Most organisations recognise that there is a need for organisational transformation and enterprise agility in response to the increasing pace of change brought about by Industry 4.0. AgileSHIFT® is designed to help prepare individuals and organisations for transformational shift by creating a culture of enterprise agility. This cultural change is driven by understanding and distilling the ethos behind agile ways of working and leveraging them across the entire organisation.

AgileSHIFT training is designed to encourage the whole organisation to be comfortable with and embrace the need for change and transformation. It provides an overview of common agile ways of working, and provides a simple Agile framework consisting of five principles and five practices, roles, competencies, workflow, tools and techniques.

Examination
This course pricing includes a voucher for the AgileSHIFT Exam, which is an online proctored exam through PeopleCert. Practice exam papers are provided in the course, and reviewed to assist in preparation.

The exam is:

  • 45 minutes duration

  • 33 multiple choice questions

  • Pass mark is 22 out of 33 (i.e. approximately 60%)

  • Closed book

After passing the exam, each student’s certificate will be made available to them via PeopleCert.

It is highly recommended that you spend some time each evening of this course reviewing and consolidating what you’ve learned, to be well prepared for the exam.

PeopleCert Exams

All PeopleCert exams are now conducted via online proctoring. Candidates can schedule their exam for any time within the voucher validity period of 12 months, to be taken anywhere, on any Windows or Mac computer.
