ITIL® Foundation (version 5) is the entry-level certification in the ITIL 5 certification scheme.

ITIL® Foundation (version 5) - Fast Track certification course for students with some practical working experience in IT and Service Management
Overview
The ITIL Foundation (version 5) certification is entry-level and offers candidates a strong foundation in digital product and service management. It teaches core concepts and practices needed to deliver value across the full lifecycle in today’s complex, AI-enabled environments.
The three-day ITIL® Foundation (version 5) course is for those who need a basic understanding of ITIL, or would like to progress to higher levels within the ITIL 5 certification scheme.
Prerequisite: None
Lumify Work also offers a two-day ITIL® Foundation (version 5) - Fast Track course for students with some practical working experience in IT and Service Management. The exam and resulting certification are the same as for the three-day course.
Prerequisite: 2-3 years of practical working experience in IT and Service Management
