ITIL Experience (Version 5) course is designed for professionals who want to design, deliver and manage product and service experiences in a way that prioritises the user experience.
Building on traditional ITIL, ITIL Experience integrates the human experience of usability into the design and delivery of digital products and services. It recognises that functionality needs to align to business objectives and value is derived from how products and services are perceived by the overall user experience.
ITIL Experience provides practical guidance for embedding experience-focused thinking into everyday strategy, product development, and service management, supporting business outcomes without compromising the User experience (UX).

Examination
The ITIL Experience (Version 5) examination is intended to assess whether you can demonstrate sufficient understanding of the concepts of the ITIL Framework and apply these concepts in a real-life situation.
To be awarded the ITIL Experience qualification, you must complete the examination:
Exam: 90-minute, 40 questions, multiple-choice administered by the examination body, PeopleCert.
This is an OPEN BOOK Exam with a passing mark of 70% (28 correct) required to receive your certificate.
It is highly recommended that you spend some time each evening of this course reviewing and consolidating what you’ve learned, to be well prepared for the exam.
