This one-day course teaches students how to build intelligent Microsoft Teams apps using the LLMs and AI components of their choice with Teams AI Library. These custom copilots can also be used to extend Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365.
After completing this course, students will be able to:
Classify the different Copilot stacks and understand how to utilise the stack to create their own custom agent
Begin to deploy an application utilising Azure OpenAI resources
Understand how to build a custom engine agent for their Microsoft Teams environment

Students in this course are interested in Microsoft Teams and are developers who plan, create, and deploy Microsoft Teams applications and utilise Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Students must have Microsoft 365 Copilot – Business/Enterprise (add‑on licence) and be able to access their own work M365 account to complete this course.
Familiarity with Teams Toolkit, Visual Studio Code, Microsoft Teams, and creating chat bots.
