Jordan's remit brings People and Technology together under one function. People are the largest consumers of systems and data in any business, so bringing these functions together ensures the team responsible for building systems has direct visibility of the people problems those systems are designed to solve.
Jordan’s career as a dedicated HR leader has spanned across a variety of industries including travel & tourism, construction, and transport & logistics. With experience in multinational and global organisations, as well as SMEs, she has played a key role in supporting businesses that have undergone significant transformational change and growth. Her career has allowed her to travel extensively across Australia and Asia Pacific, giving her the opportunity to experience different cultures and ways of working.
