Overview

PRINCE2 Agile® has been updated to meet the evolving needs of today’s modern organisations and the demand to be more Agile.

The Foundation certification focuses on ensuring that professionals and organisations alike can leverage the Agile mindset and methodologies, combined with the structure and governance found in PRINCE2, while remaining adaptable to other frameworks. It is more than just agile method but a Global Best Practice on how to “BE Agile” as well as “DO Agile”, whether this be in a project or non-project-based context.

PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner builds your ability to apply PRINCE2 principles within Agile environments. It deepens your understanding and knowledge to tailor projects to fit agile frameworks while aligning with the standards of PRINCE2. You’ll develop skills to manage agile project teams effectively, respond to evolving project requirements, and balance agility with the control needed to deliver successful outcomes across diverse projects.

Terms and Conditions

All courses contained in the bundle deal must be booked and paid for together to receive the bundle price.
If the required date is not available for all courses, the whole bundle price must be pre-paid prior to the commencement of the first course.
Bundled courses must be completed within 12 months of commencement of the first course.
Standard Lumify Work Terms and Conditions also apply.

PeopleCert Exams

All PeopleCert exams are now conducted via online proctoring, with an improved web-based platform released in February 2024. Candidates can schedule their exam for any time within the voucher validity period of 12 months, to be taken anywhere, on any Windows or Mac computer. Live proctors will guide and invigilate the exam process. For full details please see PeopleCert's Guidelines for Web-Based Exam Driver.

To comply with PeopleCert requirements, Lumify Work cannot provide PeopleCert training courses (ITIL®, Lean Six Sigma, DevOps Institute, MoP®, M_o_R®, MSP®, P3O®, PRINCE2®, and PRINCE2 Agile®) without the corresponding official exam.
