DevSecOps Foundation (DSOF) certification

Overview

The DevSecOps Foundation (DSOF)℠ certification introduces the purpose, benefits, concepts, vocabulary and applications of DevSecOps including DevOps security strategies and business benefits. With the rising number of data breaches and increased emphasis on data privacy regulations, organisations need to prioritise security and compliance measures into everyday workflows.

To obtain the DSOF certification:

Sit the DevSecOps Foundation (DSOF) course
Pass the DevSecOps Foundation exam

Included with your course is an exam voucher to sit an online proctored exam through the DevOps Institute. The voucher is valid for 90 days. The DevSecOps Foundation exam is open book, 60 minutes, consists of 40 multiple-choice questions, and at least 26 questions must be correctly answered to pass (65%). Successfully passing the exam will earn you the DevSecOps Foundation designation.

PeopleCert DevOps Exams

DevOps Institute exams are now conducted via PeopleCert's online proctoring. Candidates can schedule their exam for any time within the voucher validity period of 12 months, to be taken anywhere, on any Windows or Mac computer.
