ServiceNow Jumpstart Program is a flexible, cohort-based learning pathway designed by Lumify Work in partnership with ServiceNow to helps you develop practical, job-ready skills to support and administer the ServiceNow platform.
Delivered in partnership with ServiceNow, this five-week blended learning program combines self-paced modules, live expert sessions, and hands-on activities. You’ll learn how to configure the platform, manage users and data, automate workflows, and support key ITSM processes — all while connecting with a supportive learning community.
An optional discounted exam voucher is also available if you decide to take the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam after the program.

Duration: From 9 March - 13 April 2026 - 5 weeks (4 weeks learning + 1 exam week)
Kick-off: Tuesday 10 March 2026
Blended format: Self-paced learning plus a live session each week
Weekly live session support: Learn with a Certified Coach with years of ServiceNow implementation experience
Flexible study pace: Approx. 2–3 hours per week
