DDLS appointed as Cloudera’s chief training partner in Australia

Cloudera Inc, the modern platform for machine learning and analytics optimised for the cloud, has just announced the appointment of DDLS as their major training partner in Australia.

“Partnering with Cloudera is a long-term investment in enabling Australian organisations to facilitate growth in the data analytics, data science and machine learning space well into the future,” said Jon Lang, DDLS CEO.

This partnership will be crucial for harnessing the power of big data in the Australian landscape, particularly when supporting an end-to-end big data strategy in a hybrid cloud environment.

“We are extremely happy to be partnering with DDLS to deliver Cloudera training. We see DDLS as the preeminent provider of technical training in Australia, with a portfolio of courses and partnerships very complementary to Cloudera’s offerings,” said Mark Morrissey, Senior Director of Cloudera University. “Having a strong partner in such an import market for Cloudera is a big win for our customers in the region.”

Through the Authorised Cloudera Training Partner Program, DDLS along with other partner companies around the world are licensed to sell and deliver Cloudera’s comprehensive Apache Hadoop training and certification. Cloudera’s training program is suitable for both customers who are brand new to Big Data and Apache Hadoop as well as those who are already familiar with the program.

DDLS will deliver Cloudera courses across a national schedule from 18 February 2019, commencing with Cloudera’s three most popular courses for Administrators, Developers and Data Analysts.
