He was able to accommodate my needs and arrange my training in a timely fashion. I’ve being sending my staff to Lumify (formerly DDLS) for over 3 years and this was the first time I’ve been a student. The facilities and setup were great, and made for a good learning environment. My facilitator was absolutely fantastic. He had great knowledge of the topic and his teaching style was engaging and could relate to everyone’s learning styles.

I have nothing but praise for the professional way the course was held. The facilities were top class, the lunch provided was well above expectations, and the facilitator was brilliant. The instructor certainly knows her material, was engaging and very patient with the different skill levels of the class. My course was great and I am actually building some SSIS packages and sure my trainer will help to figure out the issues as he promised in the training.

I enjoyed the course immensely last week. It was great to take the opportunity to get some hands on with the product, and I feel it should assist a lot with my job role and my certification upgrade. I first attended a training course with Lumify (formerly DDLS) in 2001. Since then Lumify has been my first choice when selecting a training organisation. An exceptional level of customer service has always been provided – from the planning stages with Andrew Kimber, to the friendly staff that greet you as soon as you arrive, right through to the familiar faces of the trainers (many of whom I first met back in 2001). This great service, combined
