I have attended ITIL® intermediate training on several occasions at the Sydney facility pursuing my ITIL® Expert certification. The overall experience has been really well orchestrated and the location is very convenient. I found the instructor to be experienced and knowledgeable across all areas of the ITIL® content. Lumify (formerly DDLS) delivered the ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management course well. We were encouraged to ask questions throughout and I enjoyed the experience on the whole.
