PRINCE2 is the world’s most practiced project management methodology and a de facto standard developed and used extensively by project managers locally and internationally. It is a flexible method that guides you through the essentials for managing successful projects, regardless of type or scale. Built upon seven principles, themes and processes, PRINCE2 can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. The PRINCE2 certification scheme has two levels: Foundation and Practitioner.

What is PRINCE2?

The PRINCE2 Foundation level introduces the PRINCE2 method. The Foundation certification aims to confirm that you know and understand the PRINCE2 method well enough to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a project management team working within an environment supporting PRINCE2. The Foundation certification is also a prerequisite for the Practitioner certification.

PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is for anyone who is managing projects as part of their role. This could be as part of a formal project management function or a role in which project management is an inherent part of day to day work. The purpose of the Practitioner certification is to confirm whether you have sufficient understanding of how to apply and tailor the method in a range of different project environments and scenarios.

Who is the PRINCE2 certification for?

This certification is aimed at current and aspiring project managers or professionals who manage projects. It is also relevant to other key staff involved in the design, development and delivery of projects, including: Project Board members (e.g. Senior Responsible Owners), Team Managers (e.g. Product Delivery Managers), Project Assurance (e.g. Business Change Analysts), Project Support (e.g. Project and Programme Office personnel) and operational line managers or staff.

  • If the required date is not available for all courses, the whole bundle price must be pre-paid prior to the commencement of the first course.

  • Bundled courses must be completed within 12 months of commencement of the first course.

PeopleCert Exams

All PeopleCert exams are now conducted via online proctoring. Candidates can schedule their exam for any time within the voucher validity period of 12 months, to be taken anywhere, on any Windows or Mac computer. Lumify Work cannot sell PeopleCert courses (AgileSHIFT®, ITIL®, MoP™, MSP®, P3O®, PRINCE2®, and PRINCE2 Agile®) without the corresponding official exam as per requirement from PeopleCert.
