Understanding Cyber Security Threats
Cybersecurity risks are a critical concern for businesses of all sizes. Senior Executives need to understand the various types of threats that can impact their organisation, such as phishing, ransomware attacks, and social engineering.  

Cyber Security Laws, Regulations and Frameworks
Security is intertwined with intellectual property protection, laws, regulations, privacy, and external mandates. With the maturity of the cyber legal framework increasing, companies need to be prepared for what is appearing the horizon.  

Cyber Security and Business Risks
Information and cyber security need to align with risk management to effectively optimise the protection of an organisation and Senior Executives need to understand the risks associated with their business operations including third-party risk and develop strategies to manage them effectively.  

Cyber Security Leadership and Culture
One of the most important impacts senior executives and board members bring to cyber security is “tone at the top” and if senior executives are not setting the example, then it will not be a priority for their subordinates. Leadership commitment towards security will influence the entire organisation's attitude towards cyber risks. 

Cyber Security Strategy
What are the steps required to build a security strategy that aligns to your organisation's objectives and goals? How can security make the company better though implementation of a proactive security program? Senior Executives need to understand the risks associated with their business operations and develop strategies to manage them effectively.  

Your Personal Cyber Strategy
As a leader, you have a higher value to potential threat actors than you might know. What are some simple but effective steps you can take to secure yourself and help mitigate potential threats and risks outside of the office environment.
