The Foundation course focuses on ensuring that professionals and organisations alike can leverage the Agile mindset and methodologies, combined with the structure and governance found in PRINCE2, while remaining adaptable to other frameworks. It is more than just agile method but a Global Best Practice on how to “BE Agile” as well as “DO Agile”, whether this be in a project or non-project-based context.

PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner builds on your ability to apply PRINCE2 principles within Agile environments. Using your Foundation-level certification, this course deepens your understanding and knowledge to tailor projects to fit agile frameworks while aligning with the standards of PRINCE2. Examination

This course pricing includes vouchers for the PRINCE2 Agile v2 Foundation Exam and PRINCE2 Agile v2 Practitioner Exam, which are online proctored exams through PeopleCert. Practice exam papers are provided in the course, and reviewed to assist in preparation.

The Foundation exam is:

60 minutes
40 objective testing multiple-choice questions
Pass mark is 60%
Closed book

The Practitioner exam is:

2½ hours
50 scenario-based objective testing multiple-choice questions
Pass mark is 30 out of 50 (i.e. 60%)
Open book (PRINCE2 Agile Version 2 official eBook only)

After passing the exams, each student’s certificates will be made available to them via PeopleCert.
