ServiceNow Jumpstart Program is a flexible, cohort-based learning pathway designed by Lumify Work in partnership with ServiceNow to help you develop practical, job-ready skills to support and administer the ServiceNow platform.

Delivered in partnership with ServiceNow, this five-week blended learning program combines self-paced modules, live expert sessions, and hands-on activities. You’ll learn how to configure the platform, manage users and data, automate workflows, and support key ITSM processes - all while connecting with a supportive learning community.
