Our Agile Project Management Practitioner course is uniquely designed to provide the in-depth knowledge and understanding necessary to practice and apply the Agile Project Management methodology, fostering an Agile mindset among participants and equipping them with the skills to implement Agile practices effectively. Participants are required to exhibit competency acquired from the Agile Project Management Foundation qualification and show how they can apply Agile Project Management to address the needs of a project, the sponsoring organisation, and the needs of the various stakeholders to a set of specific project scenarios.
This course, accredited by APMG and recognised by the Agile Business Consortium, provides the world’s first independent certification in Agile Project Management. It provides participants with an understanding of how the Agile Project Management process can guide the planning, management, and control of successful and well-organised projects in an agile environment compared to traditional project management methods. This Practitioner course follows on from the Foundation course and provides an opportunity to gain certification as an Agile Project Manager at Practitioner level.
Examination
This course pricing includes a voucher for the Agile Project Management Practitioner Exam which can be taken via remote proctor. A practice exam paper in a digital format is provided in the course to assist in preparation. The exam is:

Objective testing complex multiple-choice questions
60 marks, comprising 4 questions worth 15 marks each
Pass mark is 30 out of 60 (i.e. 50%)
Open book (Agile Project Management official publication only)
It is highly recommended that you spend some additional time reviewing and consolidating what you’ve learned, to be well prepared for the exam.
