Why is a Google certification important? How can it help my career? A Google Cloud certification gives you a benchmark for your professional development. They help you gauge your skill set against your peers and demonstrate your value to hiring managers.
How do I schedule a Google exam? Please go to the Google Cloud Webassessor page and either login or create a new account. Simply browse the Google catalog and register for your exam. The Google certification exams must be taken in-person at a Kryterion Testing Center and are not available online. When you register for an exam, you will need to schedule an exam time at a testing center that is convenient for you.
How much does a Google certification cost? The cost of certification exams varies. They range from 75 to 200 USD. Please refer to the individual exam pages for cost information.
Do Google certification exams expire? Unless explicitly stated in the detailed exam descriptions, all Google Cloud certifications are valid for 2 years from the date certified. Candidates must recertify in order to maintain their certification status.
What is Google’s exam retake policy? If you don’t pass an exam, you can take it again after 14 days. If you don’t pass a second time, you must wait 60 days before you can take it a third time. If you don’t pass the third time, you must wait a year before taking it again.
