This half-day, scenario-based workshop is designed for executives and senior leaders who need to use Microsoft Copilot to think better, faster, and with greater clarity, not to perform day-to-day operational tasks.
The course teaches executives how to frame effective prompts, assess information quality, and use Copilot as a thinking and synthesis tool for briefing, decision-making, and strategic oversight. Participants work through realistic executive scenarios involving incomplete information, competing priorities, and risk.
Only after participants have practised manual synthesis and judgement are they introduced to the Researcher agent, showing how it can scale executive thinking without outsourcing accountability.
Access to Microsoft 365 Copilot is recommended.
