The course covers Dynamics 365 Sales, including lead and opportunity management, product catalog organisation, sales order processing, and key features of Microsoft Copilot for Sales. It also teaches students how to use Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to understand and target customers, create unified customer profiles, and build impactful marketing assets.
The workshop at the end of the course allows students to apply their learnings in a real-world challenge, configuring Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights model-driven apps to create a full Customer Experience solution.
