Meet Ayisha Tufail – Chief Operating Officer - Professional Capability
Ayisha leads Lumify Group's Professional Capability business, which focuses on delivering workforce upskilling, professional capability development and organisational learning solutions. Her portfolio includes Lumify Work, Nexacu, City Desktop Training, Plain English Foundation, ENS, Lumify Work New Zealand and the Group's Philippines operations.
With over 25 years of experience in the training industry, she is on a mission to amplify Lumify's market presence and ongoing success. With a strong background in Management Information Systems and a proven track record in leadership, Ayisha has played a pivotal role in broadening our service offerings.
She has previously served as the general manager for Nexacu and, before that, as the acquisition manager for Lumify Work. During this time, she drove key acquisitions, including the consolidation of Microsoft training company Nexacu with City Desktop Training and Wizard Training Corporation. Her expertise in business development, strategic planning, and operational management has been instrumental in responding to the growing demand for Microsoft, professional development, and Adobe end-user applications.
