Darren has over 31 years of experience in business growth, transformation, and strategy. He is known as an executive, advisor, and coach who cares about helping organisations bring their people, strategy, and execution together to build strong, high-performing businesses that last.
During his career, Darren has worked with founders, CEOs, and executive teams to guide them through key growth stages, tough economic times, and market changes. He has experience in operational transformation, revenue diversification, mergers and acquisitions, and executive leadership, always focusing on building scalable paths to long-term success.
Before joining Lumify, Darren led a team that assisted financial services organisations in modernising technology platforms. Part of this modernisation involved strengthening security and accelerating AI adoption. He has also worked extensively as a CXO advisor. He is a certified Scaling Up coach, supporting organisations across Australia and New Zealand to grow and scale using proven business frameworks and methodologies.
