Overview

The ITIL® Strategic Leader (SL) is one of three intermediate designations in the ITIL 5 certification scheme.

ITIL SL is comprised of these two modules:

Both modules are valuable independently but both must be completed to obtain the ITIL Strategic Leader designation.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of the ITIL FoundationVersion 4 or Version 5 certification.

To be awarded ITIL Strategic Leader designation you must also demonstrate a minimum of three years of managerial experience.

PeopleCert Exams

All PeopleCert exams are now conducted via online proctoring, with an improved web-based platform released in February 2024. Candidates can schedule their exam for any time within the voucher validity period of 12 months, to be taken anywhere, on any Windows or Mac computer.
