Copilot for Word is your AI-powered writing assistant - and this course will show you how to make the most of it. Learn how to draft, edit, summarise, and refine documents using natural language prompts, all within Word. Whether you’re preparing reports, internal communications, or client documents, Copilot can help you save time, enhance quality, and maintain consistency.

We use hands-on practice and real-world examples to help you understand what is possible with this new and highly productive way to work. You'll be able to apply what you have learned straight away, including practical skills to craft effective prompts, improve Copilot output, and use AI responsibly in a work environment.

You'll be provided with a Copilot licence for the duration of this course, and hands-on practice in our purpose-built training environment.
