If you already have ITIL 4 certification, you are familiar with many of ITIL 5’s basics. This bridge course will bring you up to date on the new features.

All PeopleCert exams are now online with proctoring, and an improved platform was released in February 2024. Candidates schedule their exam within the voucher’s 12-month period and can use any Windows or Mac computer. Live proctors supervise the exam.
