The ITIL Managing Professional certification validates your ability to manage digital products and services end-to-end and translate strategy into measurable business outcomes. The advanced modules required to achieve the designation help you develop advanced capability in product delivery, service management, experience management, and organisational improvement, equipping you with the expertise to lead across the full digital lifecycle.
Overview
The ITIL® Managing Professional (MP) is one of three designations in the ITIL 5 certification scheme.
ITIL MP is comprised of these four modules:
All modules are valuable independently but all four must be completed to obtain the ITIL Managing Professional (Version 5) designation.
Prerequisite: Successful completion of either ITIL Foundation Version 4 or Version 5 certification.
After achieving the ITIL Managing Professional designation, if the candidate is interested in pursuing the ITIL Strategic Leader (SL) designation, they would only need to complete the ITIL® Strategy (Version 5) module, as the ITIL® Transformation (Version 5) module is common to both designations.
