I have already implemented some changes in our Service Desk Management and we are planning more in the weeks to come. Lumify (formerly DDLS) delivered the ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management course well. We were encouraged to ask questions throughout and I enjoyed the experience on the whole. The instructor combined the material of the course with his own industry experience and this combination made the concepts presented easier to grasp.

I have attended ITIL® intermediate training on several occasions at the Sydney facility pursuing my ITIL® Expert certification.
